Connecting your store
Give your agent live access to your catalog and orders — Shopify, WooCommerce, Ticimax, and Trendyol.
The store integrations are a little different from chat channels. They're not places customers message you — they're the connection to your commerce data. Once your store is linked, the agent can look up real orders, search your live catalog, check stock, and recommend products that actually exist and are in stock.
This is what turns "I think we have that" into "yes, we have three left in blue, here you go."
Vivollo connects to four platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Ticimax, and Trendyol. The capabilities are similar across all of them; the setup differs a little because each platform authenticates its own way.
What connecting your store unlocks
Across the platforms, linking your store lets the agent:
- Look up orders — "where's my order?" answered with a real status, securely (more on that below).
- Search your catalog — find products by what the customer describes, filtered to what's relevant and in stock.
- Show products in chat — as swipeable carousels with images, prices, and buttons.
- Know your inventory — so it never recommends something that's sold out.
Order lookup, done safely
Order information is sensitive, so Vivollo gates it behind a simple ownership check. To pull up an order, the customer provides both their order number and the email on the order. Only when the two match does the agent reveal the details. It's the same "can you confirm the email on the account?" check a good human rep would do — just instant.
Shopify
Shopify connects with a one-click authorization. You click connect, you're sent to Shopify to approve access (to products, orders, and customers), and you're returned to Vivollo ready to go — no copying keys around.
Once linked, the agent can look up orders (with status, fulfillment, and tracking), search and display products, and even recognize returning customers by their email to personalize the conversation.
WooCommerce
WooCommerce connects with REST API credentials you generate in your store (under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API). You'll provide three things:
- Your store URL (it must be secure —
https). - A consumer key.
- A consumer secret.
Vivollo checks the connection, and from then on the agent can search your catalog and look up orders, showing line items as a tidy carousel with images, prices, and quantities.
Ticimax
Ticimax is a Turkish e-commerce and ERP platform, and Vivollo speaks its language — including variant-level detail, which matters for stores where a single product comes in many sizes, colors, or SKUs.
To connect, you provide your Ticimax base URL and account code. Once linked, the agent can:
- Search products and filter by category, brand, and price range.
- See per-variant stock, SKU, and price — so it can answer "is the 38 in stock?" precisely, not just "this product exists."
- Show products as carousels with live prices and stock counts.
Trendyol
Trendyol is Turkey's large marketplace, and Vivollo connects as a seller integration. You provide your Trendyol seller ID, API key, and API secret. Once linked, the agent can search your catalog, look up and track orders, and keep inventory in sync — bringing your marketplace presence into the same conversations as the rest of your channels.
Pairing your store with knowledge
Connecting your store is often paired with a Product collection, which is how the agent searches and filters your catalog intelligently — by size, price, color, or category. The store integration provides the live data; the collection makes it searchable. Together, they're what let the agent act like a salesperson who knows the shelves by heart.
