Vivollo

Navigating the panel

A quick tour of the Vivollo dashboard, so you always know where you are and where to go next.

The Vivollo panel is where you build, watch, and improve your agent. The sidebar is organized into a few clear sections, and once you know what each one is for, you'll never have to hunt.

There's also one thing that isn't in the sidebar at all — let's start there.

Two modes: Admin and Messages

At the top of the panel you'll find a toggle between Admin and Messages.

  • Admin is everything in this guide: building your agent, connecting channels, reading insights, managing settings.
  • Messages is the live inbox — the human side, where you and your team read ongoing conversations, jump in, and take over from the AI.

Think of Admin as the workshop and Messages as the shop floor. You'll spend setup time in Admin and day-to-day time in Messages.

Conversations & the inbox

Platform

The top section is your home base and your front door.

  • Dashboard — your at-a-glance home: how many conversations are happening, how your flows are performing, the overall health of your agent.
  • Analytics — the deeper numbers: conversation and customer trends over time, how flows and actions are doing, period-over-period comparisons.
  • Channels — connect and manage where customers reach you: WhatsApp, Instagram, the web widget, your store, your help desk.

Insights

This is Conversation Intelligence — Vivollo reading every conversation and telling you what it learns. Each page slices the same data a different way:

  • Overview — the headline view: volume, trends, and the latest findings.
  • Explorer — slice and dice conversations by any dimension (sentiment, topic, urgency, country, device…) and watch trends over time.
  • Findings — patterns Vivollo spotted on its own: things rising, falling, or unusually correlated.
  • Knowledge Gaps — the questions your agent couldn't answer well, ranked by how often they come up — and one-click drafting to fix them.
  • Taxonomy — manage the labels Vivollo uses to classify conversations, and review the ones it discovers on its own.

Automation

This is where you build the agent's brain and behavior.

  • Flows — the visual canvas where you design conversations.
  • Assistants — the AI "minds" that do the talking, each with its own persona, model, and knowledge.
  • Guardrails — the safety and compliance rules that keep replies on-brand and protect sensitive data.
  • Collections — your agent's knowledge: catalogs, FAQs, policies, listings.

Settings

The admin corner — account-wide configuration.

  • Organization — your company details, team members and roles, your plan, limits, and language settings.
  • Developer — the technical surface: API keys, webhooks, and the REST API for connecting Vivollo to your own systems.

A good first lap

If this is your first time in the panel, here's a five-minute lap that touches the pieces that matter most:

  1. Channels — add the web widget so you have somewhere to test.
  2. Collections — create one and drop in a few FAQs.
  3. Flows — open the default flow and see how it's wired.
  4. Messages — switch over and have a conversation with your own agent.
  5. Insights → Overview — come back later and see what it learned.

That's the whole rhythm of working in Vivollo: build in Admin, watch in Messages, learn in Insights, repeat. Everything else is detail — and the rest of these docs walk through each piece, one at a time.
